  22. Just load the picture you want to remap and choose 'Palette' from the menu.
  23. Next, select 'Load palette' (or just 'load' ?), and select 'Locked' as palette 
  24. mode. Then render your picture, with the screen/dither/etc. 
  25. settings you prefer.
